Abstract

Supply chain globalization has increased complexity and volatility making it critical for enterprises to improve supply chain efficiency and resilience. This research project investigates the use of big data analytics in tackling these issues. It digs into both the theoretical and practical elements of using big data analytics to optimize supply chain operations reduce risks and improve overall performance. This study intends to give insights into the possible advantages and obstacles of applying big data analytics in supply chain management by examining relevant literature and case studies.The modern global supply chain faces an increasingly complex and dynamic landscape with disruptions and uncertainties becoming the new norm. In response organizations have turned to Big Data analytics as a strategic tool to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience. This abstract provides a concise overview of the key facets explored in the broader study of how Big Data analytics transforms supply chain management.
